THAT the agenda for this special meeting be adopted as presented.

Culvert Replacement – Township Road 342
Moved by Wes Hadley:
THAT council award the replacement of the failed 1,200 mm culvert on Township Road 342, west of Range Road 3052, to Northgate Gravel Ltd. at its quoted price of $48,600.00 plus GST;
AND THAT the work be completed by September 30, 2026 and charged to the 2026 road maintenance budget.
